Long List: Once the market has been thoroughly searched, I present a long list of potential candidates. Together, we discuss and evaluate which candidates best align with the role.
From the long list, we curate a short list of candidates for you to interview. We provide a comprehensive analysis of their strengths and weaknesses, empowering you to make informed decisions.
Candidates who progress further in the process are presented in detailed Candidate Reports. These reports include their background, skills, experience, compensation package, and motivations for change.
Once the finalist candidate is confirmed, we
conduct a detailed reference check through third-party evaluation, staying in close contact with both the client and the candidate, ensuring a smooth negotiation process until the offer letter is signed. I also maintain periodic contact with the successful candidate before and after the job start date, assisting them in the onboarding process.
